- Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, final sale, or clearance items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Refund Method: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
